Biography
Carles Pellicer is a Spanish politician who has served as the mayor of Reus, a city in the province of Tarragona, Catalonia, since 2011. He represents the Catalan nationalist party, Convergència i Unió (CiU), and later the Partit Demòcrata Europeu Català (PDeCAT).
